Brian Hawkins

As a listing specialist and proven leader in the field, Brian Hawkins is known for his integrity, discipline and tenacious work ethic. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Brian's knowledge of the greater Seattle area and the Eastside have lent to success as a top-producer and an in-depth knowledge of the growing local real estate market.

Brian's passion for helping his clients with their real estate goals means he insists on the highest level of satisfaction for every client. He personally commits to creating positive and lasting relationships that span much further than the close of a transaction. Because of his demonstrated ability to close high volume transactions, Brian has also trained teams of agents to utilize his personal methods for excellence. Brian knows that working with others is a crucial component to success, thus he began his fantastic partnership with Cyrus O'Bryant. The two pair their market knowledge and commitment of service to consistently garner positive results.

With a background in high-end restaurant management, Brian firmly believes in providing premier customer service. This mindset led him to Realogics Sotheby's International Realty, where service is pushed to new heights and exposure comes on both local and global platforms. Apart from his professional life, Brian loves to kayak, hike and fish. He is also often found at the dog park or running with his 5-year-old Chocolate Lab and 8-year-old Border Collie.

 

Cyrus O'Bryant

With a proven work ethic, drive and strong negotiation skills, Cyrus O'Bryant commands positive results in each transaction. His love for the Pacific Northwest is exceeded only by his passion for helping people find their dream homes. Cyrus helps clients achieve their real estate goals, whether they're purchasing or selling, and believes that his success as a top-producer stems from his ability to listen to their needs and keep those at the forefront. The journey of home ownership isn't just about the home, it's about the opportunity to build lasting relationships. Cyrus' clients benefit from his fine-tuned interpersonal skills, patience, and his ability to remain calm and confident in all situations. Self-development is important to Cyrus, and he strives to continue his education and hone in on his craft at every opportunity in order to better serve his clients. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Cyrus worked as a Law Enforcement Officer where he learned the true value of working as a team. This led him to establish his current partnership with Brian Hawkins, in which the two expertly handle transactions with finesse and attention to detail.

Cyrus also acquired the skills that allow him to confidently handle negotiations and difficult transactions, connect with people and communicate effectively. Cyrus joined Realogics Sotheby's International Realty for their innovative marketing as well as their sensitivity toward working with broker teams. He also noted their shared passion for the difference real estate can make, as his desire to become a realtor stemmed from his need to help people and make a difference. When he became a broker, he knew he'd found his true calling. Cyrus specializes in Snohomish and King County, with an emphasis on North Seattle and the Eastside.

For more than 100 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters has operated under the belief that inherent in every child is the ability to succeed and thrive in life. As the nation’s largest donor- and volunteer-supported mentoring network, Big Brothers Big Sisters makes meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers (“Bigs”) and children (“Littles”), ages 6 through 18, in communities across the country. We develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people.
